Written exams that are taken at the Exam Accommodations Center (EAC) are either scanned for virtual return to instructors, held for instructors to pick up from the EAC, or sent back to instructors via campus mail. Instructors may select any of these options when referring exams. More information on these options is listed below.

Hold for Pick Up

Exam Accommodations Center staff will hold file exams for pick up. Instructors will not have access to these exams until they come to the EAC (1200 Hixson Lied) to retrieve their exams.

Campus Mail

Exams will be mailed to instructors via campus mail to the address provided on the exam referral. All exams sent via campus mail will also be scanned and uploaded to Accommodate.

Scanned for Virtual Return

This is the most common method for instructors to receive written exams back from the EAC and allows instructors to access exams on the same day as the students take them. Exams are uploaded to Accommodate after students are finished and the instructor will receive an email notification of the upload. To access exams, follow the instructions below or watch our video tutorial.
